Vision, Mission and Goals for 2011 

Vision

The Willapa United Methodist Church will become a focal point for the revival and renewal of Christ's Church in the Willapa Valley area.

Mission

The Willapa United Methodist Church will make a difference in the lives of the people who live in and visit the Willapa Valley area by serving God and one another, and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ in words and deeds.

Goals

1.      Explore the establishment of a small group ministry for providing member-to-member care and communication.

2.      Continue completing the steps necessary to be certified as an Igniting Ministry Welcoming Congregation.

3.      Increase worship attendance to an average of 70 per week.

4.      Increase worship attendance by young people to an average of 10 children and 5 youth per week.

5.      Remain financially self-sufficient while continuing to meet all commitments.
